RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
RX LAB — RETURN AUTHORIZATION PROTOCOL

1. OVERVIEW
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of ingestible products, RX Lab does not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases of fulfillment error or product damage.
2. ELIGIBLE CASES
Refunds or replacements are only provided under the following conditions:
- Incorrect item received due to our error
- Product arrives damaged during shipment
No other situations qualify for return or refund.
3. NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Customer preference or change of mind
- Opened or unopened products
- Orders delivered as requested
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Failure to cancel subscription orders before billing
4. REPORTING WINDOW
All issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Requests submitted outside this window will not be reviewed.
5. RESOLUTION PROCESS
To report an issue:

We will review and determine appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund.
6. REFUND METHOD
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
7. CHARGEBACKS
Submitting a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
- Account restrictions
- Denial of future service
