SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

RX LAB — RECURRING ORDER PROTOCOL

1. OVERVIEW

This Subscription Policy governs all recurring purchase programs offered by RX Lab.

By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. SUBSCRIPTION AUTHORIZATION

By initiating a subscription, you authorize:

  • Recurring charges to your selected payment method
  • Automatic order generation at the selected interval
  • Charges will continue until the subscription is canceled.

3. BILLING CYCLE

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring schedule selected at the time of purchase
  • Billing occurs automatically at the start of each cycle

You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid.

4. NO MINIMUM COMMITMENT

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time
  • No minimum number of billing cycles is required

Cancellation must occur before the next billing date to avoid charges.

5. CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription by:

  • Logging into your account, or
  • Contacting customer support

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date.

Once a charge has been processed, it cannot be reversed.

6. FAILED PAYMENTS

If a payment fails:

  • The system may retry the charge automatically
  • If payment cannot be completed, the order may be skipped or the subscription may be paused or canceled

We are not responsible for disruptions caused by failed payments.

7. SKIPPED OR MISSED ORDERS

If a shipment is skipped due to payment failure or manual action:

  • The subscription schedule will continue based on the original billing cycle

Skipped shipments do not cancel the subscription.

8. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If a subscribed product is unavailable:

  • We may delay shipment, skip the order, or cancel the subscription

Customers will be notified when applicable.

9. PRICE CHANGES

Subscription pricing is subject to change.

Any pricing changes will apply to future billing cycles.

10. REFUNDS

Subscription orders are processed automatically.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled in accordance with applicable policies.

11. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for:

  • Managing your subscription settings
  • Monitoring billing dates
  • Ensuring accurate account and payment information

Failure to manage your subscription does not exempt you from charges.
