This Shipping Policy governs order processing, shipment handling, and delivery expectations for purchases made through RX Lab.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Processing times may vary during high-volume periods
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

Once processed, orders are transferred to a carrier for shipment.

3. SHIPPING METHODS

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.

Available carriers may include standard national shipping providers.

We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier based on order details.

4. DELIVERY ESTIMATES

  • Delivery times are estimates only
  • Actual delivery may vary based on location and carrier performance

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping information
  • External factors outside our control

5. ORDER TRACKING

Tracking information is provided once an order has shipped.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor shipment status using the provided tracking details.

6. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after order placement.

7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

RX Lab is not liable for:

  • Lost packages after confirmed delivery
  • Stolen packages

Customers should contact the carrier directly for resolution.

8. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If an order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide order details and supporting documentation (e.g., photos)

We will review and determine appropriate resolution.

We currently ship to locations supported by our carriers.

We reserve the right to restrict shipments to certain regions.
